At Gracie Barra, we help kids build confidence and stay active in a fun, supportive environment. Our classes are tailored for all skill levels, making fitness and discipline part of their daily routine.

Little Champions I Program (Kids 3-5) 

This program is made just for young children and is a great way to introduce them to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Kids learn through fun exercises and games that teach basic Jiu-Jitsu moves and skills in a way that’s easy to understand.

Program Goals:

  • Boost discipline, listening skills, and following directions

  • Improve focus in a group setting

  • Build confidence and encourage positive social skills

  • Develop coordination, balance, and motor skills

  • Teach kids anti-bullying skills, self-defense, and respect

  • Show kids fundamental Jiu-Jitsu positions and self-defense techniques

This program helps kids gain confidence, learn self-defense, and make friends in a safe and fun environment.

Little Champions II Program (Kids 5-8) 

This program is designed for older children, helping them build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through structured lessons and fun, active exercises.

The program has different levels that kids move through as they improve their skills, understanding, and focus.
 

Program Goals:

  • Reinforce discipline, respect, and following instructions

  • Improve focus and teamwork in a group setting

  • Build confidence, resilience, and communication skills

  • Develop coordination, balance, and athletic abilities

  • Teach essential Jiu-Jitsu positions and self-defense techniques for real-life situations

This program gives kids the skills and confidence they need for self-defense and success both on and off the mat.

Juniors Program (Kids 9-13) 

This program is designed for older children, helping them build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through structured lessons and fun, active exercises.

Our Kids NoGi Program blends key wrestling skills with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, helping young students build strength, control, and agility without the traditional Gi.

  • Develop essential wrestling skills, including takedowns, sprawls, and grips

  • Improve balance, coordination, and body control in NoGi settings

  • Strengthen discipline, resilience, and focus through challenging drills

  • Build confidence and adaptability in both wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu

  • Teach fundamental transitions between wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu techniques for self-defense and competition
