At Gracie Barra, we help kids build confidence and stay active in a fun, supportive environment. Our classes are tailored for all skill levels, making fitness and discipline part of their daily routine.

We offer three tiers of

Little Champions I Program (Kids 3-5)

Our Little Champions 1 Program is the perfect introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for young children.

We focus on teaching:

  • Listening and following directions

  • Balance, coordination, and motor skills

  • Respect, teamwork, and confidence

  • Anti-bullying and beginner self-defense
     

This program provides a safe, supportive environment where kids have fun, stay active, and build life skills that last.

Little Champions II Program (Kids 5-8)

Our Little Champions 2 Program helps kids ages 5-8 years old build strong habits through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
 

We focus on developing:
 

  • Discipline, focus, and responsibility

  • Confidence, teamwork, and resilience

  • Balance, coordination, and athletic skills
     

Essential Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense techniques

In a fun and supportive environment, kids gain the tools to grow on the mat—and in life.

Juniors Program
(9-13 years old)

Our Juniors Program is designed for kids ages 9–13, a key transition phase as they grow into young leaders.

We focus on:

  • Confidence, discipline, and emotional control

  • Leadership, teamwork, and responsibility

  • Strong Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals and safe sparring

  • Real-world self-defense and decision-making skills


This program gives students the tools to succeed in Jiu-Jitsu, school, and life—with structure, support, and purpose.

Advanced Kids Program

Our Kids NoGi Program blends key wrestling skills with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, helping young students build strength, control, and agility without the traditional Gi.

Program Goals:

  • Develop essential wrestling skills, including takedowns, sprawls, and grips

  • Improve balance, coordination, and body control in NoGi settings

  • Strengthen discipline, resilience, and focus through challenging drills

  • Build confidence and adaptability in both wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu

  • Teach fundamental transitions between wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu techniques for self-defense and competition
